I'm futzing with my moa for solo ratting & salvage in hisec (I'm thinking this thing will be toast in 0.o). It appears to be a gigantic ball of suck. Cloak & salvager leaves 3 weapon slots, can't get enough DPS unless I'm cornholing them, ...

So, deciding I'm going to get out of hisec, I break out the map and start hunting around for some quiet, out of the way system in null. hmm...here's a likely one, not much traffic...I check on dotlan and no kills in the past 12 hours...looks quiet...

Saw someone get blapped outside my station when I was heading off to mine. Rushed back to switch ships. Went back out and he was already looting his ship. He left fast and I was able to salvage the yellow wreck (this was in hi sec) and got a milli...

I'd think the angle is obvious: if a large chunk of Eve's players aren't PVPing, why not? What can you do to get them to do so? What was it about Warsong that successfully GOT me to PVP and how can that be applied here?
